EC Technical Consultant:

- Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in SF Employee Central including RBP and Time & Attendance.
- Strong Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central module ( At least 1 implementation project and 1 support project)
- Must be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC.
- Must experience in Time & Attendance, RBP modules. Good knowledge on Business rules, Workflows, Cross modules and EC Sync.
- Good experience in Reporting.
- Stakeholder management and comms skills. Able to lead the tasks.
