- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that align with their goals.
- **Close sales** to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for future opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
- Provide feedback to enhance processes and improve customer experiences.
