**Position Summary**

High Response Strategy is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for following up on leads who engage in High Response Strategy products and convert them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to and potential clients to increase participation with events and product subscriptions, cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments with senior sales staff. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must.

**Objectives**:

- Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments with senior sales staff and hosting virtual presentations initially until you can do it by yourself.
- Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources.
- Sell out our events each month with the sales team.
- Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
- Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
- Communicate High Response Strategy’ value proposition to all business owners.
- Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.

**Education & Experience**:

- Any Degree or diploma preferred
- 1-2 years’ work experience in training, organizational development or content development
- Strong presentation skills

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position will require travel - up to 5%
