**Desired Qualification and Experience**
**Qualification**:
Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with hotel project experience.(or)
Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Architecture.
**Experience**: 10-12 Years
**Industry**: Real Estate/ Commercial Buildings/Healthcare
**Functional Area**: Site Supervision/ Project Management
**Work Knowledge and skills**:

- Knowledge in the understanding site architectural drawings, interior drawings, technical specifications, bill of materials
- Expert understanding and experience of process and materials used in:

- Blockwork or Brickwork
- Plaster Work - Internal or external
- External Waterproofing Paint
- Internal Wall Finish Work - Paint with Primer and Putty or Wall Paper
- Wallpaper work
- Flooring Work: With Tiles with or without Spacers or Marble or Granite or Vinyl or Epoxy Flooring
- External Façade Work: With Structural Glazing or Stone Cladding or ACP Cladding or Textured Paint or general paint finish
- Different types of bonding agent including epoxy grouting in tiles joint
- Different types of Sealants used in Glass, Wood and Metals
- Knowledge of different wall panelling or wall cladding works like Laminate/Veneer Panelling, Vinyl Cladding with Graphics, Bamboo Panelling, Glow Board Panelling, etc.
- Knowledge of Architraves
- Aluminium Profile works
- Knowledge of different types of Door and Window - UPVC or Wooden or Aluminium or Metal- The above list is not exhaustive
- Working understanding of MEP services
- Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD, or E-PLAN.
- Site supervision experience
- **Responsibilities**:

- ** Post Contract work**:

- Review the drawings for its completeness and raise RFI (request for information) on the drawings.
- Coordinating with the design consultant and contractor in resolving clarifications, conflicts at site due to site condition or with different packages.
- Ensure adherence of executed work with contractual agreements.
- Ensure control of material wastage, material reconciliation
- Joint measurement of work being done
- Undertake periodic site quality assurance audits.
- Raise and regulate non-conformances and ensure closure
