**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain vendor/supplier records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
- Monitor cash flow, handle petty cash, and manage payroll processing as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and records.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and resolve discrepancies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Tally)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance.
