
Inside Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities by evaluating the customer's needs and budget.
- Provide product and service information to customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and services to ensure effective sales presentations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
