Inside Sales Representative

Surat, India OTP-less Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to clients via WhatsApp and phone calls (no physical client visits required)
- Introduce OTP-less and its features to potential clients
- Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel
- Convince clients to install and use OTP-less
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or above
- Minimum experience: 2 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer relations (experience in banking, especially with ICICI Bank is preferred)
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Must be based in Surat
- Must be available to work full time

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary band: INR 15,000 fixed plus performance-based incentives

- Monday to Friday
