please confirm you have read the below mentioned terms and conditions carefully.

we are looking for a staff to do work from home the following duties;
1) doing trading accounts submitting related works of our office and trading works in laptop

2) to call our home loan cold calls and to make insurance enquiry clients. there will be 30 minutes call duration target for staff daily which is compulsary

requirements to do this work

1) staff must have wifi facility in home which is in good working condition.

2) staff must have computer or laptop to work which is in good condition, should not be in a hanging situation

3) staff must have 2 android mobiles to work with us.

4) staff must have inverter facility so that laptop/computer wont get switched off if there was no current for the whole day

5) working time is from 9 am to 7 pm, if call duration target 30 minutes is not completed within this time staff should work until it is completed

6) staff salary will be Rs..10000 which will increase later.there will be incentive for client joining for monthly income above 2 lakh

7) staff should take a sim card to work with us we will recharge the sim with salary

8) staff will have weekly income target of Rs.25000 in mediclaim, monthly target will be rupees 1 lakh.

9) staff should have fluency in malayalam

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

- there will be monthly 1 lakh premium target in mediclaim.if not achieved target there will be salary cut.if zero income is generated from staff, then staff will get only 5000 rupees that month as salary.above 1 lakh premium, staff will have incentive..are you ok with this condition?..we will give leads to call and 99% of them will be cold calls.
- you need to take a sim card to work with us.we will give amount to recharge it along with salary.are you ok with it?
- we prefer those who speak malayalam language since our clients are from kerala
