**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial records.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage petty cash and expense tracking.

**Sales Coordination Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
- Coordinate between clients, sales, and operations for smooth order processing.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Follow up on pending payments and sales orders.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration**, or related field.
- **1-2 years** of relevant experience in accounting and/or sales coordination.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word)** and **accounting software** (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a professional demeanor.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in **[industry, e.g., trading, manufacturing, logistics]**.
- Knowledge of **GST / VAT** and other statutory compliance.
- **Immediate joiner preferred.**:
