We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing ecommerce team as a Picking and Packing Executive. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, process and keep track of daily orders received through various channels such as Nykaa Fashion, Tata Cliq, Website orders etc.
- Pick and fill orders of available inventory with precision and care
- Pack orders securely for shipment to customers
- File records of shipped orders as per marketplace and COD/Prepaid details
- Maintain a report of return and exchange orders.
- Arrange fulfilment of Return/Exchange orders as and when available in the store inventory
- Keep our inventory organized and up-to-date
- Monitor inventory levels and let management know when stock is running low
- Use ERP system integrated to electronically move inventory from store to online warehouses created for various market places.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role (preferred)
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
