Urgent requirement:-Profile* Warehouse Department - Picker/packer *interview time :-  11:00 Am 12:pmSalary - 15k CTC in hand -12kShift - Night Qualification - 10th, 12th, iti, diploma, Graduation B pharmacy, D pharmacy * Esic+ PF + 8-9 hours duty Interested candidates all documents ( aadhaar card ,4 photos, resume, bank passbook, check book,, Pan card, All certificates)Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Picking Read and understand order sheets, packing slips, or digital instructions to identify items for picking. Locate and retrieve the correct items from designated shelves, bins, or pallets. Use hand-held scanners, tablets, or pick lists to confirm correct quantities and product codes. Ensure items are not damaged, expired, or incorrect before packing. 2. Order Packing Carefully place picked items into boxes, cartons, or packaging material. Ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Label packages accurately with shipping labels, barcodes, or product tags. Seal boxes or containers properly using tape machines or hand tools. 3. Quality Control Inspect items for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packing. Report damaged goods, missing stock, or order inconsistencies to the supervisor immediately. Maintain high accuracy in picking and packing to avoid customer complaints or returns. 4. Inventory Management Support Assist in stocktaking, cycle counts, and updating inventory records. Replenish shelves or pick zones as needed to maintain efficient workflows. Alert supervisors about low stock levels or inventory issues. 5. Safety and Cleanliness Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during handling and packaging. Wear protective gear such as gloves, steel-toed boots, and high-visibility vests where applicable. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including clearing debris and disposing of packaging waste.
