**About the job**
We are a 5 year old startup with over 40 properties across Bandra West.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and train a team of 15 Housekeepers.
- Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily
- Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies
- Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Passing the information to the relevant team members
- Inventory Management - Track all inventory and budget
- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or surplus
- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
- Use software to monitor demand and document inventory
**Qualifications**:
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in Housekeeping management is a plus
Location: 15th Road, Bandra West, Mumbai
Timing: 10 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Holiday (Every Sunday)
**Salary**: 20k to 30k
Probation Period: 3 months
Leaves: 21 Paid Leaves every year
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
