We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packing Boy cum Warehouse Incharge for our eCommerce operations, similar to roles in leading platforms like Flipkart and Amazon. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations, focusing on order packing and inventory management.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Order Packing**:

- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a high standard of packing efficiency and speed.

**2. Inventory Management**:

- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock levels effectively.

**3. Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items promptly.

**5. Warehouse Organization**:

- Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the logistics and delivery teams to meet order fulfillment goals.
- Coordinate with customer service for any special packing or shipping requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems like Unicommerce & Zoho Inventory.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
