This role requires a data-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **SEO Strategy Development and Implementation**:
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headlines, and images to ensure proper indexing by search engines.
- Work with content teams to create keyword-optimized, high-quality content for blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- **Keyword Research & Optimization**:
- Perform in-depth keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools to identify high-potential keywords.
- Analyze search trends and competitors to adjust keyword targeting strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- **On-Page SEO**:
- Optimize web pages for target keywords, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal linking.
- Ensure content is SEO-friendly, following best practices for keyword usage and readability.
- Optimize site structure and navigation to enhance user experience and search engine crawlers.
- **Off-Page SEO and Link Building**:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant sources.
- Monitor backlink profiles to ensure they are of high quality and avoid harmful links.
- Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant websites for collaboration opportunities.
- **Technical SEO**:
- Ensure websites are technically optimized for search engines, including managing site speed, mobile optimization, and ensuring a clean URL structure.
- Use tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog to monitor crawl errors, fix broken links, and optimize site health.
- Collaborate with developers to address technical issues affecting SEO performance.
- **SEO Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools to monitor website performance and user behavior.
- Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, bounce rate, and conversion rate.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Stay Updated on SEO Trends**:
- Stay current with the latest changes in search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
- Continuously adjust SEO strategies based on algorithm updates and new industry standards.
- **Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support**:
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide SEO training and support to other team members as needed
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
