**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, and first & third Saturdays of the month (when banks are open)
**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail and HNI clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
**Business Development**:
- Leverage existing relationships to generate new business opportunities for Finzace Wealth.
- Identify and onboard new clients through referrals, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
**Communication and Collaboration**:
- Communicate effectively with clients in English and Hindi (mandatory), and preferably in Tamil, Marathi, or Gujarati.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including financial advisors and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
**Client Education and Engagement**:
- Educate clients about Finzace Wealth’s products, services, and market trends.
- Organize and participate in client events, seminars, and workshops to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates to management on client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
**Qualifications and Skills**
**Experience**: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or banking.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Languages**:
- **Mandatory**: Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- **Preferred**: Proficiency in Tamil, Marathi, or Gujarati.
**Location**: Based in Bengaluru; no relocation assistance provided.
