**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate presses to bend, shape, punch, or cut metal components according to specified fabrication designs.
- Interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints to ensure parts are manufactured to exact tolerances and specifications.
- Adjust machine settings (pressure, depth, etc.) to accommodate different metal types, thicknesses, and production requirements.
- Monitor the press during operation to ensure efficient production and identify any issues such as machine malfunctions or material defects.
- Inspect completed parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and quality.
- Collaborate with fabricators, welders, and other team members to integrate produced parts into larger assemblies.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press machines to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing appropriate protective gear and ensuring the safe handling of materials and machinery.
- Keep records of production output, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the fabrication process.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machine operation or metal fabrication is preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience operating presses in a fabrication or metalworking environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating hydraulic and mechanical presses used in metal fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of various metals and their properties, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- **Other Skills**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail to ensure parts are manufactured to exact specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues with press machinery.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

**Work Conditions**:

- **Hours**: Full-time, [08.00 Am to 04.30 Pm ]
- **Work Environment**: Fabrication workshop with exposure to loud machinery, metalworking tools, and potential hazards associated with press operations and metal fabrication.

Pay: ₹650.00 - ₹800.00 per day

**Experience**:
