**Position: Graphic Designer** We're leading a transformative movement in the real estate industry and inviting dynamic individuals to join us on this groundbreaking journey. As a "**Graphic designer**," you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing video content while incorporating graphic design elements. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life and ensure that our content meets the highest quality standards and is spearheading impactful on social media. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Creating and delivering motion graphics/raw footage videos for various media while also conducting graphic design work - Develop and design visual content for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and advertisements. - Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling graphics aligned with brand guidelines. - Translate concepts and briefs into creative visuals that effectively communicate the intended message. - Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials and campaigns. - Create layouts, illustrations, infographics, logos, and other design elements as required. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools. - Prepare design files for production, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output. - Revise and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders or clients. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions. **Additionally, What We Want**: - A bachelor's degree in film editing or a related field is necessary. - 2-3 years of experience in a video specialist or comparable position is preferred. - Proficient in Final Cut Pro X and Adobe After Effects. - Demonstrates strong creative thinking skills. - Possesses a comprehensive understanding of motion graphics, 2D animations, and 3D animations. - Experience in conducting both video and photo shoots. - Familiarity with equipment and a solid understanding of its usage. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Prior experience in Real Estate or related industries is essential. - Self-starter, resourceful, confident, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented. **Hours of Work: 10:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M (Monday to Sunday 1 day week off on weekdays) (Full Time)** **What you can expect from Us** - A stable startup in the Real Estate Channel Partner - A vibrant and dynamic workplace culture - Your ideas and input will be valued, respected, and integrated into our processes Remuneration: We will pay the talent it's due Cliché - The term would be Industry Standards **Location: Looking only for people based in Bangalore** Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Commuter assistance - Internet reimbursement Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay - Performance bonus - Quarterly bonus - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Graphic design: 1 year (required) - Motion graphics: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (preferred) **Location**: - Banglore, Karnataka (required)
