We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Executive to streamline and strengthen our sourcing, production, and delivery operations.
The Supply Chain Executive will play a critical role in managing end-to-end supply chain activities from sourcing materials to coordinating with vendors and ensuring smooth delivery of finished products. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and has a strong understanding of the fashion production cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sourcing & Procurement
Source and manage relationships with fabric, trim, and accessory vendors. Coordinate sample sourcing and bulk orders with clear documentation. Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers.

Production Coordination
Track development and production status with garment manufacturers or in-house production team. Share approved tech packs, BOMs, and timelines with vendors. Maintain daily updates on WIP (Work in Progress) and escalate bottlenecks early.

Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain records of raw materials and finished goods inventory. Monitor inward and outward stock movement across warehouse and production units. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using Excel or inventory software.

Logistics & Dispatch
Coordinate timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods across all touchpoints. Oversee domestic courier services for D2C and wholesale dispatches. Prepare necessary dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery challans, etc.).

Documentation & Internal Coordination
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs, payment trackers, and vendor files. Collaborate with design, production, warehouse, and accounts teams for seamless execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Fashion Management / Business Administration or related fields

1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fashion or apparel start-up

Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; experience with inventory software is a plus

Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment manufacturing cycle

Good communication, vendor coordination, and negotiation skill.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines
