We are seeking a highly creative and passionate **Fashion Designer** to join our team at Sangeetha Studios in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative collections of sarees and dress materials, managing the in-house tailoring unit, and contributing to content creation for marketing and social media campaigns. Your creativity, leadership, and vision will help shape the future of our product offerings and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**: Design new collections of sarees, dress materials, and ethnic wear, blending traditional and contemporary styles.
- **Tailoring Unit Management**: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the in-house tailoring unit, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely production.
- **Trend Research**: Conduct market research on current fashion trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to ensure designs are relevant and in demand.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the product procurement, marketing, and tailoring teams to ensure design ideas align with customer preferences and production feasibility.
- **Production Oversight**: Supervise the entire production process from initial concept to final product, ensuring quality control and brand consistency.
- **Content Creation Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content related to fashion design for social media, blogs, product descriptions, and website visuals.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Coordinate with artisans, manufacturers, and suppliers to source fabrics, embroidery, and materials that reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
- **E-Commerce and Retail Integration**: Ensure that product visuals, descriptions, and design aesthetics are aligned with our e-commerce strategy and retail store promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in designing ethnic wear, preferably sarees and dress materials.
- Experience managing or overseeing tailoring or production units is preferred.
- Strong understanding of têxtiles, fabrics, embroidery, and other traditional techniques used in Indian ethnic wear.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Excellent creativity, leadership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in content creation for fashion brands, including social media, blogs, or product descriptions, is a plus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer behavior in the ethnic wear market.
- Experience in e-commerce and retail fashion design is advantageous.
