**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update curriculum as per industry standards and emerging fashion trends.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions, workshops, and live projects.
- Guide students in portfolio development and assist with industry internships.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, innovations, and technology advancements.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to bring real-world exposure to students.
- Organize and oversee fashion shows, exhibitions, and academic projects.
- Assess student performance through projects, assignments, and evaluations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of teaching experience** in a reputed fashion institute or significant industry experience.
- Strong technical skills in **pattern making, garment construction, draping, and digital design software** (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities.
- Ability to inspire and engage students through innovative teaching methodologies.
- Passion for fashion education and commitment to student success.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Industry exposure in fashion design, têxtiles, or apparel manufacturing.
- Experience with **fashion technology, AI in design, and sustainable fashion**.
- Published work, participation in fashion events, or awards in the field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
