**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions in:

- Fashion Pattern Making (manual and digital)
- Garment Construction techniques
- Draping on dress forms
- Dress Making and finishing techniques.
- Guide students in design execution, technical processes, and final garment construction.
- Supervise lab/studio sessions ensuring student safety, discipline, and efficient use of materials.
- Mentor students on industry practices, portfolio development, and internship readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and innovations in garment making and draping.

**Eligibility & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Fashion Design / Fashion Technology / Apparel Production or related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in garment construction, draping, or pattern development.
- Proficiency in manual and/or digital pattern making tools (CAD will be an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of fabric behavior, sewing techniques, and garment finishing.
- Effective communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate design students toward hands-on learning and creativity.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of software like **C**LO 3D, or Adobe Illustrator for pattern development.
- Experience in handling fashion shows, collections, or live studio assignments.
- Exposure to sustainable and couture garment practices.
