**osition: Office Assistant**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **MIS Work**:
- Prepare, update, and analyze MIS reports.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Assist in creating presentations and dashboards as needed.
- **Office Filing**:
- Manage and organize office documentation.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies.
- **ESI/PF and Tax Compliance Assistance**:
- Support in preparing and submitting ESI/PF documentation.
- Assist in tax compliance activities, including GST and income tax.
- Maintain proper records and liaise with consultants when necessary.
- **Quotation and Vendor Processes**:
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
- Assist in vendor registration, documentation, and payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods/services.
- **Proficiency in MS Excel**:
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
- Use Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Formulas for data handling.
- Provide insights from data for decision-making.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of ESI/PF, tax compliance, and vendor management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
