**1. Student Application Assessment & Shortlisting**:

- Ensure eligibility verification and accuracy of submitted documents specific to **Germany** admissions.

**2. Documentation & Verification**:

- Follow up with agents and sales managers to collect any missing or additional documents.
- Authenticate academic and financial documents across various platforms to meet university and visa requirements.

**3. Offer Letter & Deposit Management**:

- Coordinate with universities to secure and issue offer letters within the stipulated timelines.
- Guide students and agents on deposit payment procedures, deadlines, and required confirmations.

**4. Filing & Visa Processing**:

- Coordinate with students and agents to ensure timely completion of visa documentation.
- Address any queries related to visa approvals, rejections, or additional document requests.

**5. Enrollment & Post-Visa Coordination**:

- Guide students on pre-departure processes, including accommodation, travel, and university onboarding.
- Ensure proper communication with universities for final enrollment confirmation.
- Provide ongoing support to students until successful enrollment in their respective institutions.

**6. Customer & Agent Support**:

- Resolve inquiries, concerns, and process-related challenges efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.

**7. Data Management & Portal Proficiency**:

- Stay updated on new platform features to enhance efficiency in processing admissions.

**8. Operational Coordination & Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the end-to-end admissions process for **Germany**.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

**9. Training & Development**:

- Train new and existing team members on **Germany** admissions processes, documentation requirements, and portal usage.
- Share best practices, updates on immigration policies, and procedural changes with the team.
- Conduct refresher sessions to ensure all staff members are aligned with the latest admissions guidelines and compliance standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in admissions for German institutions or programs, ideally within an overseas education platform or agency.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of organizational capability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
