.Preferably from Logistics/ Manufacturing / Engineering Industry / CA firm with Accounting exposure and taking care of Taxation, Accounts Payable ,Receivables.
- Handling compliances under Indirect Taxes and Direct Taxes
- Managing the list of Registrations/Amendments/additions to the business at every state and keep the status up to date.
- Maintenance of List of Goods & Services Rendered/Exported/Imported Register
- Maintenance of Name & complete address of the Vendors & Customers required under the law.
- Preparation / Downloading the State level Input Tax Register with accuracy in appropriate manner as per the GL accounts.
- Preparation / Downloading the State Level Output Tax Register (Regular operational Revenue) with accuracy in appropriate manner as per the GL accounts.
- Downloading the State level Trial Balance in appropriate manner and matching the state level input credit and output credit registers.
- Reconciliation of Input Tax Register and Output Register Vs. Books of Accounts and advise for the Reconciliation Journal Entries
- Finalizing the Final Tax Computation by matching the Tax liability between Books of Accounts and GST Returns at each state level
- Uploading State level Monthly Final GSTR Returns on to GSTN
- Follow-up with Treasury team for the GST Tax Payment and collection of Tax paid challans.
