**Job Title**: Senior L2 System Administrator

**Experience**: 2 to 5 years

**Job Type**: Field Job (Must have a valid driver’s license and own a two-wheeler for travel to client location)

## Job Overview:
## Key Responsibilities:

- **IT Asset & Software Inventory**: Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and software inventory management.
- **Active Directory Management**: Administer Active Directory users, including password resets, user unlocks, and group policy management.
- **Server Administration**: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- **Data Backup**: Perform regular data backup operations to safeguard critical information.
- **System Availability & Troubleshooting**: Ensure high system availability and mínimal downtime to meet user satisfaction.
- **Helpdesk & Ticketing**: Manage and resolve support tickets and helpdesk requests in a timely manner.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Evaluate the performance of computer systems and networks, utilizing remote monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues.
- **Peripheral Setup & Maintenance**: Hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of external computer peripherals, such as network printers, switches, projectors, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment (Zoom, Teams).
- **Wi-Fi and LAN Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues.
- **Network Infrastructure Management**: Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including cabling, LAN implementation, and troubleshooting.
- **Endpoint Security**: Install and update endpoint security software, DLP, and drive encryption solutions.
- **Log Monitoring & Security Patch Management**: Monitor event logs, antivirus logs, and deploy security patches for Windows operating systems.
- **DNS, DHCP & Network Services**: Implement and manage DNS, DHCP, ADDS, and network services like TCP/IP and VLAN.
- **VPN & Routing**: Configure and maintain VPNs, routing, and link failover/load balancing with multiple bandwidth lines.
- **Operating Systems**: Expertise in Server 2008, 2012R2, 2018, Windows 10, and Mac OS.
- **Backup Devices**: Manage backup devices such as NAS and cloud backup solutions.
- **Firewall Management**: Install, configure, and manage firewalls, including VPN setup, link failover, and load balancing.
- **Mac OS & Devices**: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Apple Mac OS and devices.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with vendors for necessary hardware and software requirements.

## Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Expertise**: Strong experience in system administration, network security, server management, firewall configuration, and troubleshooting.
- **Firewall Knowledge**: Solid hands-on experience in firewall installation, configuration, VPN, link failover, and load balancing.
- **Networking Knowledge**: Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), routing, and VPN configurations.
- **Operating Systems**: Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2008, 2012R2, 2018), Windows 10, and Mac OS.
- **Cloud & Backup Solutions**: Experience with cloud services, NAS, and backup strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and documentation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly resolve system and network issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
