Sri Varna Boutique is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence across social media platforms, particularly Instagram. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, maintaining our social media handles, and ensuring a cohesive aesthetic that reflects the essence of our boutique.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain Sri Varna Boutique's social media accounts, focusing on Instagram.
- Schedule and post regular content that aligns with our brand identity.

2. **Content Creation**:

- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of our products, events, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Develop creative and visually appealing content that showcases our bridal attire and custom blouses.

3. **Aesthetic Development**:

- Curate a cohesive and attractive Instagram feed that reflects the boutique's style and ethos.
- Collaborate with the team to design graphics and promotional materials as needed.

4. **Customer Engagement**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally across social media platforms.
- Foster positive relationships with followers and customers by engaging in meaningful conversations.

5. **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to enhance our online presence.
- Suggest innovative ideas for campaigns and content that resonate with our audience.

6. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Assist in tracking engagement metrics and analyzing the performance of social media posts.
- Prepare reports on social media performance and present insights to the marketing team.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Proficiency in photography and basic editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
