**Business Development & Lead Generation**
- Identify and prospect institutions (colleges, universities, training centers, industry clusters, SSCs, and government departments) for collaboration.
- Generate leads through research, networking, events, and industry connects.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to institutional needs.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in institutions and government bodies.
- Understand institutional requirements and provide customized skilling/training solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, handholding, and support for institutional clients.

**Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Achieve sales targets through institutional tie-ups, MoUs, and contracts.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements with institutions.
- Monitor pipeline, track conversions, and report progress to management.

Pay: ₹10,594.90 - ₹28,140.44 per month
