**Job description**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Machine Setup**: Set up CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and other tools, ensuring proper alignment and calibration of equipment.
- **Programming**: Interpret and input CNC programs using G-code or M-code as required.
- **Operation**: Operate CNC machines to produce components with precision and efficiency, adhering to design specifications and tolerances.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct first-piece inspections, measure dimensions, and verify the accuracy of the output using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production runs, inspections, and machine maintenance activities.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow company safety protocols and ensure the working area is clean and organized.
- **Education**:Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Fresher to Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC/VMC Operator/Setter.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and tool selection is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
