**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to building material vendors and construction sites to introduce SteelonClick and our product offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to increase their engagement and sales on the platform.
- Provide vendors training and support on using the SteelonClick platform effectively.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the building material industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular office hours.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience in the building material industry.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and building materials preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and develop sales strategies and initiatives.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- A valid driver's license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
