**Qualification**:Graduate/Postgraduate in Microbiology

**Experience**:Up to 1 year in QC Testing and documentation
- Good laboratory Practices
- Sample tracing, testing and release/ reject procedure for raw materials, packing materials, In-process and Finished Product samples
- Responsible for preparation of operation and cleaning SOPs of area and equipments used in QC and inform to QA regarding the deviations in established validated process
- Responsible for maintaining of environmental condition of QC area as per requirements and inform to QA regarding the deviations in established validated process
- Glass ware cleaning procedure
- To look after the contract analysis activities
- Operation and cleaning of laboratory instruments
- Responsible for microbiology and sterility testing, environmental and personnel monitoring
- To take part in validation activities/stability studies
- Handling of OOS/OOT in coordination with QA
- Documentation skill development/improvement within team (GDP)
- Document completion and submission after review on daily basis
- Inform to QA immediately for any deviation or NC raise
- Other responsibilities allotted by Quality Head as and when required
- Quality control record keeping and good laboratory practices
- Preparation of laboratory solutions/reagents/media and maintain inventory of chemicals
- Handling and maintaining of hazardous chemicals and environmental condition of laboratory
- Preparation of trends for OOS, OOT and deviations
- Carry out the activities of environmental monitoring with microbial aspects
- Review the applicable pharmacopoeia for specification and method of analysis
- Carry out calibration of instruments
- Carry out the quality test for RM/PM/IP/SFP/FG as per specification and standard test procedure for all product in scope
- Carry out the microbiological test for RM/PM/IP/SFP/FG as per specification and standard test procedure for all product in scope
- Preparation of COA/COC
- To maintain cleanliness in the laboratory and surrounding areas
- Disposal of quality control samples

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
