Ahmedabad, India AQF Ingredients LLP Full time

**Experience required**: 2 to 4 yrs
- Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to assess microbiological quality and safety.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols within the production and processing areas.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate and implement new testing methods and technologies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) plans and other quality assurance programs.
- Maintain accurate records of all testing, analysis, and findings according to regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of food safety and quality systems by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting corrective actions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams regarding microbiological concerns and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in food microbiology to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Participate in audits and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies and third-party auditors.
- Making SOP’s according to IS and ISO standards for the testing process.
- Stock Inventory
- Analyse and interpret microbiological data and prepare reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Microbiology, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in microbiology, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of microbiological techniques, aseptic procedures, and laboratory equipment.

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
