**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator & MIS (Female)

**Location**: College More, Sector - V, Kolkata - 91

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Immediate Joiner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to assist with sales inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the sales team to process orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in organizing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
- Follow up with potential clients, provide product information, and close sales when necessary.
- Address customer queries and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Support administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Preparation of various MIS reports assigned to task

**Qualifications**:

- **Gender**: Female Only
- **Experience**: Prior experience in Sales coordination is a plus.
- **Age**: Below 26 years
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong Coordination and client interaction experience.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel ( Basic & Advance).
- **Education**: Any Graduate (preferred)
- Immediate joiner preferred
