- **Creative Instruction**: Providing engaging and hands-on instruction that encourages students to explore their creativity, develop artistic skills, and express themselves through various mediums and techniques.
- **Artistic Techniques and Skills**: Teaching fundamental principles and techniques of visual arts and crafts, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, collage, ceramics, and têxtile arts.
- **Material and Equipment Management**: Organizing and maintaining art supplies, materials, tools, and equipment needed for art and craft projects, ensuring they are accessible and properly utilized by students.
- **Classroom Management**: Establishing and maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to artistic exploration and expression, while managing student behavior and promoting collaboration and respect.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Providing individualized instruction, feedback, and support to students with varying levels of artistic ability, learning styles, and interests, fostering their growth and development as artists.
- **Cultural and Historical Context**: Introducing students to the cultural, historical, and contemporary aspects of art and craft traditions from diverse cultures and societies, promoting cultural awareness and appreciation.
- **Exhibition and Display**: Organizing and curating student artwork for exhibitions, displays, and showcases within the school or community, providing opportunities for students to share their creative achievements with others.
- **Integration of Technology**: Incorporating digital tools, software, and multimedia resources into art and craft instruction to enhance creativity, experimentation, and collaboration, while fostering digital literacy skills.
- **Collaboration with Colleagues**: Collaborating with other art teachers, faculty members, and school administrators to coordinate interdisciplinary projects, integrate art across the curriculum, and support school-wide initiatives.
- **Professional Development**: Participating in professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences to enhance your teaching skills, artistic expertise, and knowledge of art education pedagogy and practices.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**: Communicating regularly with parents or guardians to share information about student progress, upcoming projects, and opportunities for involvement in art-related activities or events. Engaging with the broader community through art exhibitions, open houses, and outreach programs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
