**Available Positions**

**Principal** - Lead the school’s academic vision, mentor teachers, and oversee overall school operations.
**School Administrator** - Manage daily operations, admissions, compliance, and parent-school communication.
**Teaching Faculty (All Subjects)** - We are hiring teachers for:

- **Pre-Primary**: Jolly Phonics, Early Literacy & Numeracy, Activity-Based Learning
- **Primary (Grade 1 to 5)**: English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, ICT, Languages
- **Specialized Subjects**: Physical Education, Art, Music, Librarian, Special Education

**Key Responsibilities**

**For Principal**:

- Develop and implement **academic policies & strategies**.
- Lead and mentor teachers to improve **student learning outcomes**.
- Ensure a **positive learning environment** and foster strong **parent-school relationships**.

**For School Administrator**:

- Oversee **daily operations, admissions, and financial management**.
- Ensure compliance with **educational standards and government policies**.
- Coordinate between **parents, staff, and school management** to ensure smooth functioning.

**For Teachers**:

- Plan and deliver **engaging lessons** aligned with the **Cambridge Curriculum**.
- Utilize **Jolly Phonics** for early literacy and phonetic development (Nursery & Kindergarten).
- Implement **innovative teaching strategies**, including **technology-driven learning**.
- Assess and monitor **student progress** through **formative and summative evaluations**.
- Foster a **positive and inclusive classroom environment** that encourages **creativity & critical thinking**.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding **student progress** and development.
- Maintain **classroom discipline** and promote **values of respect, teamwork, and curiosity**.
- Participate in **extracurricular activities, school events, and teacher training programs**.

**Requirements**:
✔ **For Principal & Administrator**:

- Master’s degree in **Education, Administration, or related field**.
- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in a leadership role.
- Strong **leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills**.

✔ **For Teachers**:

- Teaching certification (**B.Ed / Montessori Training / Early Childhood Education Diploma**) preferred.
- **1-5 years of teaching experience** (Freshers with a passion for teaching may apply).
- Strong **knowledge of Cambridge International Curriculum & Jolly Phonics**.
- Excellent **communication, classroom management, and adaptability skills**.
- Familiarity with **digital teaching tools & e-learning platforms**.
- Passion for **activity-based and child-centric learning**.
