Within our Global Employer Services practice, you will be responsible for the following job duties that are focused around two core concepts: your technical & quality expertise and delivering excellent client service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing International individual income tax returns, tax equalizations, etc
- Prepare global compensation reconciliations, cost projections, tax notice responses, etc
- Completing tax planning and research regarding specific tax issues
- Understanding tax regulations and accounting pronouncements
- Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
- Other duties as assigned
- Some travel may be required (varies based on location, line of business & client need)

**Basic Qualifications**:

- BA/BS Degree - preferably in Accounting or related field of study
- 1+ year of experience in an accounting firm
- Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam - or a licensed JD
- Ability to work closely with clients to answer questions or to collect necessary information for tax service requirements
- Experience preparing individual income tax returns
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Masters of Accounting
- CPA or EA, or active lawyer license
- Experience with expatriate or individual tax
- Experience with a national or large regional accounting firm
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of tax code and technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance
- Experience in dealing with international tax matters
