Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive - HR Industry

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: BHANDUP WEST MUMBAI MAHARASHTRA

Reports To: Sales Manager/Marketing Manager Job Overview: The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving sales and executing marketing strategies to promote HR services such as recruitment, staffing solutions, HR software, and employee training programs. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, closing sales, and promoting the company’s HR offerings through a combination of sales efforts and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: o Identify and contact potential clients (HR departments, business owners, decision-makers). o Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

2. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. o Conduct product/service presentations and meetings to explain HR solutions to potential clients.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution: o Develop sales plans to achieve set targets and drive business growth. o Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: o Regularly update sales performance metrics and forecasts to track progress toward goals. o Provide feedback on client needs and market conditions to improve offerings.

Marketing Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns to promote HR products and services.

2. Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct research to stay updated on HR industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide insights to adjust sales and marketing strategies for better market penetration.

4. Event Participation: o Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote HR services and build new business connections. Required Skills and Qualifications:Sales & Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HR industry or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and present solutions.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining client relationships.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the HR industry, including recruitment, HR software, and training solutions.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and MS Office. Education & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the HR industry or service-based businesses. Additional Benefits:
