_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Company's services and solutions._
- _Engage in effective conversations to understand client needs and pain points._
- _Provide accurate and detailed information about our services and offerings._
- _Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for our sales team._
- _Handle objections and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner._
- _Maintain call records and update client information in the CRM system._
- _Follow-up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel._
- _Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers._
- _Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation targets._
- **Must Have**:_
- _2-3 years’ experience dialling for _**U.S clients.**_
- _**Comfortable working in night shifts.**_
- _Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written._
- _Persuasive and customer-centric approach._
- _Ability to actively listen and empathize with clients._
- _Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills._
- _Familiarity with any CRM software._
- _Proficiency in using standard office software and tools._
- _**Willingness to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.**_

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
