We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by visiting toy shops, educating retailers about our products, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shop Visits**:

- Regularly visit toy stores to promote and sell our educational toys.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and staff.
- **Product Education**:

- Educate retailers about our range of educational toys and their benefits.
- Provide product demonstrations and support as needed.
- **Order Management**:

- Secure and book orders from toy shops.
- Inform the firm and distributor about new bookings for processing and fulfillment.
- **Delivery Coordination**:

- Follow up with distributors to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address any issues related to delivery and resolve them promptly.
- **Shop Expansion**:

- Identify and add new toy shops to our network on a monthly basis.
- Develop strategies to enhance market reach and presence.
- **Payment Collection**:

- Monitor and follow up on any outstanding payments from retailers.
- Ensure timely collection of dues and address any payment-related issues.
- **Visit Frequency**:

- Enhance and maintain the frequency of visits to existing shops to ensure continued engagement and sales.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Report on sales performance and progress towards targets.

**Prerequisites**:

- **Transportation**:

- Must have a personal bike for extensive inter and intra-city travel.
- **Education**:

- Graduate or undergraduate(Any).
- **Travel**:

- Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships.

**Offerings**:

- **Annual Salary**: Up to ₹8 lakhs per annum.
- **Monthly Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.
- **Incentives**: Performance-based incentives up to ₹50,000.
- **Allowances**: Travel and daily allowances provided at actuals.
