**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Generate interesting creative work with strong conceptual and strategic foundations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective designs for our posts
- Understand the requirements, manage the project end to end
- Ability to work independently to conceptualize ideas and way forward
- Closely work with team members and stakeholders to achieve desired results
- Work with strict/tight timelines
- Awareness of latest Social Media trends, design trends

**Required Competencies**
- 1+ years’ experience in Graphic Design
- High level of skill in Adobe CC - design and image editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Should be creative in designing graphics to grab customer attention.
- Collaborative attitude with strong time management and organization skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
