We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Plating & Hardening and Tempering

Supervisor to oversee and manage our heat treatment and surface finishing processes. The

record of working with OEMs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the plating, hardening, and tempering operations to ensure the

highest quality of fasteners.
- Develop and implement process parameters and control measures to achieve desired

hardness, tempering, and plating specifications.
- Monitor and control the heat treatment and plating processes, ensuring consistency,

efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality and performance of heat-treated

and plated products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to heat treatment and plating processes,

minimizing downtime and maintaining production efficiency.
- Ensure all equipment used in plating, hardening, and tempering processes is properly

maintained and calibrated.
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety

procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, production data, and quality control

results.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance and production teams to identify areas for

improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in plating,

hardening, and tempering.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials

Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in plating, hardening, and tempering within the

fasteners industry, with significant exposure to OEM requirements.
- Strong understanding of metallurgical principles, heat treatment processes, and surface

finishing techniques.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing heat treatment and plating operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with

cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to heat treatment and

plating.
- Proficiency in using production management and quality control software.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and environmental standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
