**Overview**: We’re seeking an experienced IT Systems and Network Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure. You'll handle network and system administration, provide technical support, and ensure security.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Network Management**: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices and performance.
- **Systems Administration**: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software; troubleshoot system issues.
- **Technical Support**: Provide end-user support and maintain IT documentation.
- **Security**: Implement IT security policies and conduct regular audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in network and system administration.
- Proficient in Windows/Linux, network protocols, and troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
