Associate - AR Collections - PIUS **Location** Mumbai, Maharashtra **Date posted** September 30, 2024 **Job ID** 17550 **Our Opening and Your Responsibilities** **Position** - Associate Accounts Receivable Collections **Shift Timing - **5:30 pm to 2:30 am (Monday to Friday) **Role** Resolving Outstanding Invoices in accounts receivables by contacting customer through Calls/ Control overdue ageing of outstanding invoices. Ensuring smooth inflow of cash within payment terms. Sending reminders to customer to avoid payment delays. Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time. Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
