**Our Opening and Your Responsibilities**

**Position** - Associate Accounts Receivable Collections

**Shift Timing - **5:30 pm to 2:30 am (Monday to Friday)

**Role**

Resolving Outstanding Invoices in accounts receivables by contacting customer through Calls/

Control overdue ageing of outstanding invoices.

Ensuring smooth inflow of cash within payment terms.

Sending reminders to customer to avoid payment delays.

Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time.

Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved

immediately.

Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.

**What You Need to Succeed**

**Qualifications
- **Graduation

**Technical Skills**
- 2-4 years' experience into international customer service preferably into cash collections.
- SAP knowledge will be preferred.
- Telephonic skills should be excellent.

**Soft Skills**
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes.
