**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough audits of financial records, operational procedures, inventory, and compliance standards across multiple store locations.
- Ensure that internal controls are effectively designed, implemented, and maintained.
- Perform surprise audits at retail outlets and warehouses to verify stock, cash handling, and billing accuracy.
- Review expense reports, sales data, and other financial documentation for anomalies and discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and company-specific policies.
- Identify business process gaps and suggest improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and risk management.
- Maintain audit documentation in accordance with company and professional standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CA Inter or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in internal or external auditing, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- **Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time** to retail and warehouse locations across India.
