**Job Title: Domestic Ticketing Executive**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ticket Booking & Management: Manage and process domestic ticket bookings using CRS - Galileo, including making necessary arrangements for passengers on airline websites & Galileo.
- Ticket Modifications: Handle pre-ponement and postponement of tickets as requested by customers.(Re-issuance on Galileo & Airline portals)
- Airline Coordination: Maintain knowledge of airline schedules, policies, and regulations to provide customers with the best travel solutions.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries related to ticket bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings, changes, and transactions in compliance with company standards and policies.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve any booking issues, disputes, or escalations by coordinating with airlines and internal teams.
- Policy Compliance: Stay updated with domestic airline rules, safety regulations, and fare changes to advise customers appropriately.
- Coordination with Travel Consultants (colleagues): Collaborate with other travel consultants to provide seamless travel experiences and support their customer interactions.
- Billing: Need to give billing instructions to the accounts department
- Payment follow-up: Collecting payments from clients beforehand and if any credit given to clients post CEO approval, then, follow-up on payment
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
- CRS Knowledge: Proficiency in Computer Reservation Systems (CRS) like Galileo and Amadeus
- Airline Knowledge: In-depth understanding of domestic airlines, ticketing policies, and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to resolve ticketing issues quickly, booking conflicts, and customer complaints.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and modifications.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently, especially during peak travel periods.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Industry Certifications: Certification in CRS or Airline Ticketing would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
