Air Ticket Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling domestic and international air ticket bookings through GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Providing fare quotes, booking flights, issuing tickets, reissuing, refunds, and cancellations.
- Advising customers on flight schedules, airlines, travel routes, and visa requirements.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airport codes, airline policies, and fare rules.
- Monitoring and managing PNRs, ensuring tickets are issued timely.
- Coordinating with airlines and other partners for schedule changes or disruptions.
- Maintaining daily reports and booking logs accurately.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in ticketing and reservations (minimum [X] years preferred).
- **Must have sound knowledge of airport codes (IATA codes) and airline operations.**:

- Familiarity with GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of travel regulations and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
