Credit Control Executive

Calling the debtors and following up with them for payment collection.

2. Concentrated and dedicated effort to keep the follow up done as per the exact schedule or as per instructed.

3. Co-ordinating for cheque / payment collection.

4. Weekly meeting with the marketing team and updating them about the replies and statuses of their respective parties.

5. Daily reporting of calls done.

6. Updating, Co-ordinating and resolving the issues with the clients where the due is because of something pending from our end.

7. Handing over the long due parties to concern marketing personnel time and again.

8. Preparing MIS report as per the requirement.

9. Cheque deposite in bank nd tally entry also..

10. 177 & 1170 banks receipt entry (including internal entries) and reco as well.

11. Everyday prepare collection reports and sent mail to sales executives.

12. Give Payment received confirmation via mail/whatsapp/verbally.

13. Communication with collection mens.

14. Make customers sales return/purchase return/credit notes/debit notes.

The skill set required is:
1. Operating knowledge of Tally / ERP

2. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel & related formulas

3. Effective communication skills & ability to connect with clients who are diversely based.

4. Ability to maintain a proper report sheet and execute the follow up with clients as per the mentioned comments.
