Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manages credit and accounts receivables of customer accounts pro-actively.
- Ensure Credit Control Policy & guidelines are duly followed by business team.
- Review Credit terms of the existing customers as per SOP and fix the limits as per the requirement of Business

from time to time with 100 % KYA compliance.
- KYC compliance as part of the role.
- Analyses monthly debtors aging and ensures prompt customers’ payments.
- Conducts periodic credit control reviews and meetings with customers and internal sales and operations teams.
- Analyze and assess the Credit Worthiness of new customers with the available/Submitted information by the

Business unit as well as seek for information independently from third party/accredited channels.
- Conduct periodic credit check of customer accounts and provide recommendations.
- Periodic accounts reconciliation and balance confirmation of customers is a must.
- Responsible for making any decision related to Credit Release of Customer accounts which are in deviation as

per policy.
- Receivables management and ensuring timely collections as part of key tasks.
- Prepare necessary reports to highlight any irregularity or discrepancy for immediate action.
- Key responsibility to bring on board third party credit assessment as part of risk mitigation measure.
- Establish a cordial business relationship both internal and external and engage in continuous dialogue with

customer and business team.
- Initiate Legal actions on cases involving litigation/disputes related to Customer outstanding & engagement of

collection agency etc. to ensure recovery.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time
