Channel Sales Executive

**Role Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential **channel partners, franchisees, and delivery associates** in target regions
- Conduct **cold calls, face-to-face meetings**, and online demos to explain the HiLift partnership model
- Pitch the **business opportunity**, financial benefits, and operational support provided by the company
- Handle objections and follow up consistently to **convert leads into signed partners**:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth **onboarding, documentation**, and training for new partners
- Maintain **daily/weekly reports** on leads, calls, meetings, and closures
- Attend regional logistics events, exhibitions, and networking meetings for lead generation
- Achieve monthly **partner acquisition targets and sales KPIs**
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in B2B sales, direct selling, or franchise development (Logistics/Courier domain preferred)
- Excellent communication and **presentation skills in English and local languages**:
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to **travel extensively** across assigned territories
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and under mínimal supervision
- Graduate in Business/Marketing/Logistics or equivalent (MBA preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
