"SAp SD/LE Offshore Location - Noida or Gurgaon, - **Job Description**: - Should have minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in SAPSD/LE with E2E implementation and support experience. - Should have good experience in following sub-module, Basic Functions and Master Data in SD Processing (SD-BF), Pricing and Conditions (SD-BF-PR), Availability Check and Requirements in Sales and Distribution, Credit and Risk Management (SD-BF-CM), Output Determination (SD-BF-OC), Sales (SD-SLS), Customer Service Processing (SD-SLS-OA), Foreign Trade / Customs (SD-FT), Billing (SD-BIL), Sales Support: Computer-Aided Selling (CAS), Electronic Data Interchange / Idoc Interface (SD-EDI), Shipping (LE-SHP), Transportation (LE-TRA), Reports and Analyses (SD-IS-REP), Information System (SD-IS), Data collection (SD-IS-DC), Demand Chain Planning (DCP) - Very good exposure to Logistics sub-modules - Warehouse Management, Inventory at the Storage Bin Level (LE-WM-BIN), Basic Functions LE-WM-GF), Master Data (LE-WM-MD), Planning and Monitoring (LE-WM-PM), Warehouse Movements (LE-WM-TFM) - Ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Solving performance problems, data consistency issues and availability analysis of complex SAP solutions. - Must be well conversant in working on Incident, Problem, Change Management and Release Management processes and exposure to ITSM tool would be added advantage. - Willing to work in shifts and Handle support incidents and change requests. - Should be flexible in working with onsite and offshore teams. - Should have handled L2, L3 support in support engagements - ?
