E**xperience of 1 year as English Editor in a publishing firm (k-12)**
Editorial role in school books (k-10) will be preferred
Teaching experience will be an added advantage
Fluency in English (writing/reading/speaking)
An eye for detail along with critical and logical thinking
Ability to handle projects independently
Efficiency and knack for working in an atmosphere of multitasking
Good presentation skills
Develop/revise content for the academic books according to the publication's style, editorial policy, and publishing requirements.
Proofread of content developed to check the correctness of grammar, word spellings.
Check content (e.g. text, screenshots, artwork, etc.) for accuracy and ensure that it complies with copyright and privacy regulations.
Ensure quality control at every stage of the editorial and production process.
Ensure relevant, age-appropriate and factually correct content is released.
Plan, develop, prioritise and implement the publishing process ensuring that books/products/solutions are published within set deadlines and are of the best quality.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Central, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
